- A new version of the old cluster creation rules used in some previous versions. This includes a methodology for mapping clusters, tables for generating useful details and jump-off points for systems and factions, and a new example cluster created using these new rules.
This is a separate document for now, though it will likely be folded into the same .pdf as the main game in future versions.
